I am currently receiving requests to have The Book of Man video series translated to several different languages via subtitles.
These include (but obviously are not limited to) French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Slavic, and recently Viet Namese.
Such an undertaking would be a massive time and financial consuming endeavor.
I have looked into the newest Babylon Document Translator program for at least two or three subtitle translations, though this is NOT free by any stretch of the imagination.
The sheer volume of the book would require a considerable outlay of financial resources which, sorry to say, at the moment I do not have and at the current state of things here appear to not be acquiring either.
I have also looked into both Kickstarter and Indiegogo as a potential source for several project ideas which would require a likewise considerable outlay in resources that would need to be outsourced.
The video series itself technically requires a reboot with original film and video production work. If you combine that kind of technical updating and production along with a global translation factor, well, frankly it is somewhat financially and timely overwhelming.
I think it would be best at the moment to simply get the Book published and translated as much as possible, and then work towards getting a full blown film production started using the video series as a sort of storyboard/animatic.
I definitely think with the diversity of folks taking an interest in this project it would be well worth the effort to get this translated as like-minded people everywhere are experiencing an acceptance of this material far beyond anything I would have expected or planned for.
Suggestions or ideas of such direction would be most welcome.
Thanks again and more to come.
